How it works — Each terminal is a tablet/phone running a kiosk page. User walks up, picks a charger,
scans the TNG QR shown on screen → charger starts automatically. Open the Kiosk URL
once on the device → Add to Home Screen → done.
💰 Deposit per session
Amount held on TNG for every kiosk transaction. Unused balance + idle fee buffer is refunded after the user unplugs.
